D Spot Dessert Cafe St. Catharines – Delightful Desserts & Savoury Eats in a Cozy Ambience

I had an amazing experience at Café. The milk cake with pistachio crème was absolutely divine — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The Prima Vera pasta was also outstanding, full of fresh flavors and beautifully cooked. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal. I also loved their menu design — elegant, creative, and easy to navigate. Overall, a must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates good food and great vibes!

We had such a nice experience this evening. SOL served us tonight and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. He was so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Not only did they serve very generous portions but also did not miss on quality! To top it off the space is absolutely adorable with so many opportunities for photo ops. Would be great to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. We will be back!

This is one of my new favourite spots. I’ve ordered their pistachio milk cake about 6-7 times for takeout and it’s one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Today was the first time I sat and ate inside. We ordered from their breakfast menu and we were super impressed. Everything was delicious but also very nicely plated. The interior is whimsical and bright, just overall so lovely. Now they are still very new so there were some hitches in service but it wasn’t terrible! It was just an extra wait but the staff were SO kind and apologetic. That makes me want to come back even more - they are very aware of what needs to be improved. I have no doubt they will iron out all the kinks soon enough. One heads up I would give to anyone going is that the booths may be tight for bigger patrons. The tables in the round large booths can be moved so we were able to make it work. But they do have tables with chairs that come out so perhaps sitting there is a better option.

Absolutely love this D Spot Dessert Cafe location at Pen Centre! The place is not only beautifully designed, but the food is just as impressive. Their waffles and crepes are a must-try — perfectly made, loaded with flavour, and fresh. From sweet to savoury, every dish is crafted with care and creativity. Whether you’re dropping in for a quick dessert or a full meal, D Spot never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth or just looking for a delicious spot to relax and enjoy great food!

The pros: service, presentation and decor was amazing. The server Sol, was courteous and attentive. The flavours and collection of choices is amazing! The sushi idea is clever! The cons: The food was a little on the expensive side just a waffle with peanut butter and cream foam was $22 plus tip plus tax. Tip: a cheaper lunch menu will be a great idea to draw the mall workers in!

Had the best time. Service and food were amazing. It was our little girls bday and they brought a new dessert to the table for us to try. It was a chocolate milk cake. OMG we killed that cake. It was so soft and just melted in our mouths. They were so kind and generous. Definitely recommend.

D Spot was amazing! The ambience was gorgeous and inviting, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I had the pesto pizza, which was fresh and full of flavor. The shake was perfectly creamy, and the pistachio skillet cookie was warm, gooey, and delicious. And the waffle brownie was too good! Everything was beautifully made. Can’t wait to come back!
